Cancellation Policy

Life happens, and things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please reach out to me directly at 503-383-1287. If you have already put down a deposit and wish to reschedule, your deposit can be applied to your new appointment time. If you need to cancel an appointment within 72 hours of your scheduled time, your deposit will not be refunded. If you no call no show, an additional 15% will be charged. If you have not already paid a deposit and you need to cancel your appointment within 72 hours, a fee of 50% of your service will be charged to the card on file. If you no call no show for an appointment, and you have not put down a deposit, a 65% fee will be charged. Parking: There are two parking garages that offer free parking within a few blocks of The Reed. If you do have to pay for parking just bring in your receipt and it will be discounted off your service.
